Very friendly, and huge respect to them even after facing many student’s or customer’s hassle for years they are still willing to serve and advice new customers. When i went there they were very very very welcoming, I advice new customer to not send in last minute jobs because they are always full house. They got my book done quicker than i expected as I gave them 2 weeks lead time, they did what they promised and said that 2 weeks is more than enough. Most importantly their binding work is neat! Really great service, the auntie was really helpful with assisting in the process from which paper to choose and which binding suitable. And they were really promising with the timing of when we will be able to collect our product! Will recommend to my juniors for further printing projects or merchandise printing!
